Lincoln UTC wishes to appoint a caretaker to join our small but exceptional team (judged to be outstanding by Ofsted). The college is smaller than most schools but is growing in popularity. We currently have just over 300 students on roll (up from only 235 last year).. We are an uncommonly ‘tight knit’ and supportive community. Behaviour at the college is very good and the relationships that exist between students and staff are exceptionally positive.
The successful candidate will support the facilities manager with all aspects of site work. During the current pandemic a considerable amount of time will be spent assisting the team in ensuring the building is regularly cleaned and sanitised and safe for both staff and students. There is scope for the role to progress over time for the right candidate across all aspects of facilities management.
Prior experience would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite. Full training and support will be available.
The atmosphere at Lincoln UTC is both unique and special. We would welcome (indeed encourage) visits to the college so that you can see for yourself what we have to offer.
